A curious fact about aging is that many of the signs of looking older age due to smoking and drinking a lot. Take for example smoking. We can smoke and smoke and smoke in our  teens age and still look hot and feel that we are moving away alone to discover in our mid twenties age we are looking for 5 -10 years older age than our friends. What you do now appear on your face for many years later. So what can we do now to continue looking young age later? The first thing we can do to look younger age is admit that sunlight, alcohol, fatty foods, smoking and last but not least caffeine. As we shall see, each damages our look in different ways and not always predictable.

Sunlight

No to sunlight, if you want to avoid prematurely aging! We all know that ultraviolet (UV) is bad to our skin and can give us skin cancer. We may not know is why exposure to UV radiation is so damaging. Essentially, your face is as good as it does when you're at young age, because it contains lots of collagen which keeps your skin nice and elastic. When your skin loses elasticity as the lines begin to grow and we begin to look older. Probably a major reason we do not take seriously is that UV has a wavelength shorter than visible light. Worst of all it comes in many forms. So what can we do? Well the best thing to do is stay out of the sun completely, but then you might suffer from lack of vitamin D that is not good either. Realistically avoid the sun between 10:00 to 4:00 p.m. if you can. Big hats are a good idea. Avoid tanning salons. Tanning will not make you much prettier when you young.  Use it later in life when you really want to hide your age.

Alcohol

Drink enough and does not damage the blood vessels of the skin, giving you that much desired red appear flushed. Worse still continue to drink excessively and burst blood vessels begin to appear on your skin giving you a red mottled complexion.

Smoking

Many of us started smoking to look older and that is exactly what smoking could have on your appearance. Basically, smoking imposes a fine layer of grime on your skin. They can be avoided. Keep the weight off with this line and eliminates the disposal of these lines that makes us look young. Do not overdo it though or power line is well, just not to be overweight or too thin. Avoiding sunlight also helps since the loss of collagen to UV exposure is a major factor in the emergence of this line.

Caffeine

There is a little evidence that caffeine does you no harm. Caffeine hurts you by allowing you to cut corners. Where you might just go to sleep after a busy week, caffeine can help you to hit the town and go to work 4 hours later. Sounds good right? Well its not. Your skin needs time to rejuvenate, shed old skin cells and replacing them is what sleep is for, to repair your body. No sleep … No repairs. That's why models get as much sleep as possible to retain their youthful. Caffeine can dehydrate us and it's very bad for our skin. Why models drink lots of water. It cleans your body, makes your skin glow, caffeine does the opposite. Finally nobody denies stress visibly ages you. Well, caffeine raises cortisol to avoid caffeine can help reduce your stress, which reduces aging. Yoga can also help. Clears the mind you see, you can relax …  So if we are serious about looking young, cut out caffeine and sleep when tired. Do not tell anyone but if you sleep before you party you will look better than your friends as it gets later in the night and you'll look better in the morning too. You'll be amazed how much you can feel fresher at 4 am, try it you'll be surprised. So there you have it. Do not drink. Avoid the direct sunlight; eat no fat, no caffeine and no smoking. Does not sound like much fun doesn’t it? But I bet you have fun in your mid-twenties age when all of your mates look thirty does not seem too bad either. It will not be easy to think of how much money you will save (or drink or smoke or drink coffee) and how it would be nice to have more options rather than being content with what you have because you look too old for better.
